RTCA SC-186 Working Group #3 for the 1090 MHz Extended Squitter MOPS

This page is used to support RTCA SC-186 Working Group 3, which is responsible for the Minimum Operational Performance Specifications (MOPS) for ADS-B and TIS-B Systems using 1090 MHz Extended Squitter (1090ES).  DO-260 was published on 13 September 2000, with a Change 1 to DO-260 being published on 27 June 2006.  Revision A of DO-260 was a major set of changes to the original DO-260, and was published on 10 April 2003.  To see the details of the changes between DO-260 and DO-260A, click here.  Change 1 to DO-260A was published on 27 June 2006, and Change 2 to DO-260A was published on 13 December 2006.  All source files related to the development of these latest versions of the 1090 MHz ADS-B MOPS (DO-260A, plus changes) have been removed from this web site and are now the property of RTCA, Inc.  Please contact RTCA (phone 202-833-9339) if you would like to purchase DO-260A or any of the subsequent Change documents.
